Your private driver will pick you up at 8:00 a.m. from your ship to begin a fun and informative tour of Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast with an expert guide. First proceed to see breathtaking views of this world-famous coastline and stop to see Positano from afar for a memorable photo opportunity. Tour the scenic town of Sorrento, where your guide will recommend a good local trattoria for lunch (to be paid directly onsite). Your last stop of the day will be in Pompeii for a guided walking tour to explore the historic city that was immersed during the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 A.D.
